Protected uses eGuard's recommended settings for your child's age. Balanced allows more screen time, a later bedtime and a higher age rating.

Custom starts from the recommended settings and lets you change each one. You can change any setting later from Protection & Controls.

The eGuard apps for Android and iOS are coming soon. Steps that install eGuard on a device apply once they're out; everything else works on the web today.
